WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ASK FOR?
If you are ordering a Vollers corset for the first time please order a waist size 2-4 inches smaller than your natural waist size.
If you are ordering a Court Royal Corset please order by your dress size.
HOW DO i TAKE CARE OF MY CORSET?
Hand wash your corset in luke warm water. For best results dry clean only.
HOW DOES THE CORSET FASTEN?
All Vollers corsets are front fastening and back lacing with lacing instructions included with every corset.
Court Royal corsets differ depending on the design. Mostly front fastening and back lacing but some are just back lacing and slipped over your head.

WHAT DOES THE 'U' MEAN ON SOME OF THE VOLLERS ITEM CODES.
If a code has a 'u' at the end it means that item has no lace trim.
WHAT IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE?
We will only refund on faulty items if they are sent back to us in their original packaging with labels in tact within 14 days of purchase.
Please be sure to check all size charts or enquire by phone or email if you are still unsure about sizing. Refunds are not available for wrong size orders.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PURCHASE TO ARRIVE?
We endeavour to deliver most items within 7 days. Quite often it will be within 48 hours. After you have placed your order we will email you with a delivery date.
Occasionally, some items will be out of stock. If this is the case we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
